Step 1
Print out template at 180% of actual size. Place template on drawing board and attach to one edge with adhesive tape.
Lay graphite paper, dark side down, underneath the template sheet. Trace the lines on the template sheet. After the first few lines, lift graphite paper to check that the lines have been transferred. The lines should only be faint, so that they do not show through when they are subsequently coloured. Use the eraser to lighten the lines where necessary after tracing.

Step 2
Remove template sheet. Using a scalpel or craft knife, carefully score the folds on the front side of the box that will subsequently be visible.
Step 3
Trace the outlines using Pitt Artist Pen "S" 125
Step 4
Using Pitt Artist Pen Brush 107, 113 and 118, paint the pattern to suit your taste.
Step 5
Glue the box together and bend over the
folding flaps.
Instructions for gerbera box
Step 1
Print out template at 100% of actual size. Place template on the blank cutout and transfer the flowers. To do this, lay graphite paper, dark side down, underneath the template sheet. Trace the lines on the template sheet. After the first few lines, lift graphite paper to check that the lines have been transferred. The lines should only be faint, so that they do not show through when they are subsequently coloured. Use the eraser to lighten the lines where necessary after tracing.
Step 2
Remove template sheet. Using Pitt Artist Pen 113, paint the areas around the petals.
Step 3
Using Pitt Artist Pen Brush 107, colour in the flowers, leaving a white outline between the flower and the background. The using Pitt Artist Pen "S" sanguine, finely trace the outlines of the flowers.
Step 4
Assemble box and seal with decorative tape.
